Home Imagined Link Party #16

Welcome to the Home Imagined Link Party #16 where the purpose of this party is to share ideas and inspiration related to the home.

We are three ladies who are passionate about all things related to the home. This includes refurbishing furniture, collecting vintage items, and decorating for the seasons. We also love a good DIY project, crafting and gardening.

We hope that you can share similar posts with others in this link party since the goal is that we all share ideas, read one another’s posts and get inspired. At our next link party each hostess will feature two of you!

Great news! We have extended the dates of our link party! Now the party starts at Tuesday, 9 am Eastern time and ends the following Friday at 5 pm Eastern time. We host the party every other Tuesday.

Rachel from The Antiqued Journey is passionate about antiques and thrift stores. Her blog is full of inspiration showing her latest finds and how she incorporates them into her decor.

You can follow Rachel on the following social media platforms:

Rachel’s most recent post is all about her 20 Best Thrifted Finds. She always finds the best stuff! She also walks you through some Simple Decor Ideas for Spring. If there is anything I am craving lately, it is simplicity. So, simple Spring decor is right up my alley.

If you are reading this on the Sky Lark House blog, then you already know who I am. I refurbish furniture, sell vintage and antique items and share small crafts/DIYs. You can follow me on any of these social media platforms.

The posts I am sharing this week include a tutorial on how to make a Mushroom Wreath with Moss for Spring. I am also re-sharing an older post on how to make some DIY Painted Pottery Vases. There were two different techniques that I used in making these pottery vases so you will have to decide which style you like the best. Can you tell that I am inspired by all the spring colors?

Meagan from Decorative Inspirations is talented at designing interiors and refurbishing furniture. Her motto is “Love the space that surrounds you every day”. You can follow Meagan on the following social media platforms.

Meagan is taking a short break this week! She will be back for our next link party!

Since Meagan is out this week, Rachel and I both selected 3 posts to feature from the previous link party. Below are three of my selected features. Head on over to Rachel’s blog to see the other folks who are featured.

Tania from the Little Vintage Cottage shared the best post on making these Knock off Anthropologie Vases. You have to read this post because this process is easy and the results are truly stunning. I was in an Anthropologie this past weekend and kept thinking when I saw the colored glass – yup – I can now make this. With Mother’s Day around the corner, this would also be a great gift.

Cindy from County Road 407, has the best Spring tour of her home. Of course, she added some blue glass to her decor. If you want a moment to escape to another world, take some time to read her post and see her photographs. It will be good for your Spring loving soul.

Finally, Debra from Common Ground had a great post on how to style a woodsy cloche for Spring. She always has the most inspiring decor and is switching things up with every season. To illustrate my point, take a look at the wooden crate filled with terracotta pots and foliage that is sitting on her table!

Please take a few minutes to stop by each of these blogs and leave a comment. A good deal of thought, effort and time that went into creating each of these posts.
