As many of you likely know, we have spent the better part of the last week relocating from the old Stone Soup Antiques Gallery location to a new location. All of the dealers have been busy packing up their fine antiques and vintage items. A moving company was hired to move the larger items such as show cases and the check out counter. Lesley Lewis, the owner of Stone Soup Antiques Gallery did an amazing job coordinating this move to the new location. Managing the move of an entire store with a multitude of different dealers and a myriad of antiques is no small task.
We (Mr. SLH and I) moved most of the inventory for Sky Lark House throughout the week and then spent the better part of Saturday setting up the new booth. It truly was a team effort and I could not have accomplished it without all the support from my family and especially from Mr. Sky Lark House.
Although Stone Soup Antiques officially opened at the new location on November 1st, all of the dealers are all still in the process of really setting things up and finalizing the displays in our booths. No doubt in a few weeks we will all be settled in and things will be humming along.
So, without further ado, here is a video showing you how the Sky Lark House booth looked before I left on Saturday night.
No doubt, there will be changes and additions in the coming weeks, but for now, this will give you a good idea of the set up!
Hope to see you there!
